Picture Perfect Events LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at pictureperfectevents.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect:

Payment information

Deposit and invoice payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card number or banking details on our servers. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, basic browser and device information may be collected by us or by third-party services embedded on the site (see Section 3). We do not run our own analytics tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to handle deposit payments and invoice payments. Stripe may collect your name, email, and payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

HoneyBook (Contact Form)

Our contact/booking inquiry form is embedded via HoneyBook. Information you submit through that form is received by HoneyBook and forwarded to us. See HoneyBook's Privacy Policy.

fotoshare.co (Gallery)

Event photo galleries are embedded from fotoshare.co. Viewing galleries may be subject to fotoshare.co's own data practices.

Google Fonts

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may log your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Nodemailer / Email Provider

Booking confirmation and notification emails are sent via a configured email provider (e.g., Gmail or SendGrid). Your email address is used solely to send booking-related communications.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

What we store

Our website uses your browser's local storage (not traditional cookies) to save your shopping cart contents so your selections are preserved if you navigate away or refresh the page. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We also store your cookie consent preference in local storage so we don't show you the consent banner on every visit.

Third-party cookies

The third-party services listed above (HoneyBook, Google Fonts, fotoshare.co) may set their own cookies in your browser. We do not control these cookies.

You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser's settings (usually under Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data). Clearing cart data will remove any items you have added.
